Chicken and Vegetable wrap with Sweet Chilli Spread Recipe

Tender chicken and a medley of fresh vegetables are wrapped in a soft tortilla, while a zesty and sweet chilli spread adds a delightful kick.

Ingredients
  • Chicken breast, , sliced to chicken stripes (4)
  • Carrots, 2
  • Baby marrow 4
  • Onions, whole 1
  • Plain yogurt 0.5 cup
  • MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce 100ml
  • Garlic, chopped 15ml
  • Coriander , chopped 15ml
  • cumin, ground, 5ml
  • Ground Coriander, 15ml
  • Paprika 1Tbsp
  • Salt and black pepper 1 Tbsp
  • Butter, 25g

Preparation

    Cook the chicken breast (strips) on the grill on medium to high heat. Leave at room temperature to cool down.

    Cut vegetables into julienne strips and stir fry in a pan or wok. Set aside to cool.

    In a bowl mix the yoghurt, Maggi Sweet chilli sauce, garlic, cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt and pepper.

    Add Chicken (Cut into strips) and stir to coat. Lay down individual wraps on a flat surface.

    Spread remaining sweet chilli mix; arrange chicken strips and vegetable mix.

    Fold wraps tightly, slice into half and serve.
