Chicken and Vegetable wrap with Sweet Chilli Spread Recipe
Tender chicken and a medley of fresh vegetables are wrapped in a soft tortilla, while a zesty and sweet chilli spread adds a delightful kick.

Chicken breast, , sliced to chicken stripes (4)

Carrots, 2

Baby marrow 4

Onions, whole 1

Plain yogurt 0.5 cup

MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce 100ml

Garlic, chopped 15ml

Coriander , chopped 15ml

cumin, ground, 5ml

Ground Coriander, 15ml

Paprika 1Tbsp
-
Salt and black pepper 1 Tbsp

Butter, 25g

Preparation

1Cook the chicken breast (strips) on the grill on medium to high heat. Leave at room temperature to cool down.

2Cut vegetables into julienne strips and stir fry in a pan or wok. Set aside to cool.

3In a bowl mix the yoghurt, Maggi Sweet chilli sauce, garlic, cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt and pepper.

4Add Chicken (Cut into strips) and stir to coat. Lay down individual wraps on a flat surface.

5Spread remaining sweet chilli mix; arrange chicken strips and vegetable mix.

6Fold wraps tightly, slice into half and serve.
