Thai Beef and Sweet Chilli Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients

Beef, mince lean 1000g

Onions, minced 200g

Garlic, 10g

Cashew nuts, 150g

Soy sauce 30ml

MAGGI BBQ Sauce 30ml

MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce 60ml

Lime Juice 30 g

Fresh Coriander 5g

Lettuce, butter, large
Preparation

1In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil to a high heat.

2Add the mince and sauté until browned.

3Reduce the heat to medium and add the onions and garlic. Saute until the onions start to soften.

4Add the cashew nuts, fish sauce, soy sauce, Maggi BBQ sauce, Maggi Sweet Chilli Sauce and lime juice and stir well to combine.

5Simmer on medium for 5-7 minutes.

6Remove from the heat and stir in the fresh coriander.

7Fill individual lettuce leaves with the minced beef mixture.
