Made from plant-based protein, the HARVEST GOURMET SENSATIONAL™ Burger is rich in soy protein and a good source of fibre and iron. The burger can be cooked in the oven, pan-fried or grilled.

HARVEST GOURMET Vegan SENSATIONAL™ Burger supplied as 2x2kgXI plant-based burgers.
INGREDIENTS: Water, Soya Protein (19%), Vegetable Oils (Rapeseed, Coconut), Vinegar, Flavourings, Wheat Gluten (1.7%), Stabilizer (E461), Colours from Fruit and Vegetable Concentrates [Beetroot (Beetroot Juice, Corn Starch), Pomegranate, Red Pepper, Carrot, Blackcurrant], Salt, Barley Malt Powder (Gluten), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid).
Allergens: Contains Soya and Gluten (Wheat, Barley). May Contain Egg.
Storage & shelf life & preparation:
Frozen product. Store at -18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze, use immediately.

Preparation Guidelines:
Pan-frying at 170 to 180°C: 14-15 mins from frozen.
Oven (Convection) at 200°C: 14 mins from frozen.
Deep frying at 180°C: 7 mins from frozen, defrosted not recommended.
