INGREDIENTS: Water, Soya Protein (13.3%), Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Wheat Gluten (8%), Apple Puree, Egg White, Yeast, Vinegar, Onion, Citrus Fibre, Corn Starch, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid).

Storage, shelf life and preparation:
Storage and handling: This is a frozen product, store at -18oC. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and use immediately.
Shelf life: 15 months.
Preparation guidelines:
Oven at 180oC: 12-15 mins if frozen, 9-12 mins if defrosted.
Pan at medium heat: 6-8 mins if frozen, 4-7 mins if defrosted.
