Beef, mince lean 600g

MAGGI Classic Gluten Free Mashed Potato Instant 60ml

Garlic, cloves, crushed 2

MAGGI Chilli Garlic Sauce 125ml

Parsley, Fresh chopped

Onions, chopped 1

Salt and pepper

Olive Oil 15ml
-
Beef Stock 20g and water

Tomato, canned, puree, 1

Spaghetti, protein-fortified, dry, 350g
Preparation

1Heat the oven to 180 °C.

2Combine beef mince, Maggi mash powder, Maggi Chilli sauce, parsley and season with salt and pepper.

3Shape into 20 x 30 grams meat balls

4Heat the oil in a frying pan, sauté onions and add meatballs, cook for about 4 minutes, turning until golden brown on all sides.

5Add Tomato puree, a touch of Maggi chilli garlic sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, Set aside.

6Cook Pasta according to the packet instruction until al dente (firm to the tooth)

7Drain and add to the Marinara sauce, and stir until evenly coated.

8Finish off by garnishing with fresh chopped parsley and serve
