These decadent brownies are taken to the next level with a luscious layer of peppermint-infused topping.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
  • 1.2 grams Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 1.2 grams Salt
  • 1/4 cup Oil, coconut
    Melted
  • 1/4 cup Honey
    honey or maple syrup
  • 105 grams Eggs
    2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 55 grams Nestlé Peppermint Crisp Dessert Topping

    1. Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
