Peppermint Dessert Topping Brownies

1/2 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened

1.2 grams Bicarbonate of Soda

1.2 grams Salt

1/4 cup Oil, coconutMelted

1/4 cup Honeyhoney or maple syrup

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation

11. Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

22. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

33. In a separate bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
