Pecan Nut and BAR-ONE Tart
The buttery crust is filled with a luscious mixture of pecans and melted BAR-ONE, creating a delectable dessert that is sure to please your palate.

2 eggs

170 g golden syrup

45 g dark chocolate, finely chopped

50 g butter

45 g BAR-ONE Spread

250 grams Nuts, PecansRoughly chopped

Preparation

1Place the chopped pecan nuts into the tart case and set aside

2Melt the butter, sugar, chocolate and BAR-ONE Spread over a low heat

3Remove from the heat and add the syrup and eggs

4Pour the mixture over the pecan nuts till it is just covered

5In a preheated oven at 180°C bake the tart till firm, about 30-35 minutes

6Portion and serve with vanilla ice cream and poached pears.
