Nestle Bar-one Spread Fudge

This delectable treat combines the rich and creamy flavors of Nestle Bar-One spread with the smooth and melt-in-your-mouth texture of fudge.

Ingredients
  • 128 grams Nestle Bar-One Energy Spread 5kg
  • 64 grams Nestle Ideal Evaporated Milk
  • 60 grams Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon Salt, Table

    Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.

    Fill a saucepan with 1 to 2 inches of water and bring it to a simmer. Place a heatproof bowl on top of the saucepan, making sure it fits snugly and the water doesn't touch the bottom of the bowl. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips to the bowl. Stir the chocolate occasionally as it melts, making sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl to prevent burning or sticking.

    Stir in the Bar one spread, almond milk, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, and salt. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the Barone spread is melted, and the mixture is smooth. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

    Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

    Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

    Once chilled, remove the fudge from the baking dish and cut it into small squares.
