Nestlé BAR-ONE Pain Au Chocolate
What could be easier than four, top quality ingredients coming together to create something tasty and unique. We’ve used our Nestlé Bar-One Spread to take it to the next level.
Ingredients

Pre-made puff pastry(2 rolls)

Egg (1 unit)

Cream (1 Tbsp)

200 grams Nestle BarOne Spread

Preparation

1Place your puff pastry on a clean floured surface and cut into rectangles vertically; approximately 5cm - 6cm wide

2To fill,use a spoon to fill the puff pastry by spreading Nestlé BAR-ONE Spread horizontally across the pastry 2cm from the bottom and again 5cm above

3Roll up the puff pastry and place seam side down on a lined baking tray. Continue until all the dough has been used up.

4In a small bowl whisk together the egg and cream.

5Before baking put pastry in the fridge for 15 min to ensure the puff pasty reach its full rising capacity

6Generously brush the tops of each pastry with the egg wash and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes or until puffed and golden.

7Serve warm or at room temperature.
