This creamy and velvety dessert combines the smoothness of panna cotta with the rich and aromatic flavors of Nescafe Classic coffee. Our Nescafe Classic Panna Cotta is a perfect dessert to enjoy after a meal.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Full cream milk
  • 1/4 cup Syrups, maple
  • 8 grams Gelatins, dry powder, unsweetened
  • 12 grams Nescafe Classic
  • 30 grams Water, Tap, Drinking
    Cold Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Bar Chocolate, dark, 70-85% cacao solids
    Shaved Dark Chocolate or Chopped Nuts for Garnish

    1. In a saucepan, heat the almond milk or coconut milk over medium heat until it just starts to simmer. Remove from heat.

    2. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

    3. Stir the gelatin mixture into the warm milk until completely dissolved.
