Nescafe Classic Panna Cotta

2 cups Full cream milk

1/4 cup Syrups, maple

8 grams Gelatins, dry powder, unsweetened

12 grams Nescafe Classic

30 grams Water, Tap, DrinkingCold Water

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 Bar Chocolate, dark, 70-85% cacao solidsShaved Dark Chocolate or Chopped Nuts for Garnish

11. In a saucepan, heat the almond milk or coconut milk over medium heat until it just starts to simmer. Remove from heat.

22. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

33. Stir the gelatin mixture into the warm milk until completely dissolved.

44. Add the Nescafe Classic, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract to the milk mixture, stirring until well combined.

55. Divide the mixture among four ramekins or dessert glasses.

66. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
