  • 200 grams Cheese, cream
  • 200 grams Yogurt, Greek, Plain, Whole Milk
    Any Plain Yogurt
  • 158 grams Eggs
    3 Large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Basil, Fresh
    Fresh Herbs (Such as Basil, Thyme, Or Mint), Finely Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.3 gram Sea Salt Flakes
    A pinch of Maldon Salt
  • 200 grams Tennis Biscuits

    1. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
