  • 1/2 cup Applesauce, canned, unsweetened, with added ascorbic acid
  • 125 grams Nestle Bar-One Energy Spread 5kg
  • 73 grams Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2.5 grams Bicarbonate of Soda
    1/2 Tsp (2.5ml)
  • pinch Salt, Table
  • 100 grams Coconut Sugar
