These baked treats offer a healthier twist on the classic Indian snack, perfect for enjoying as a light and satisfying appetizer or snack.

Ingredients
  • Onion, red, grated(200 g)
  • Onion, white, thinly sliced(100 g)
  • Sweet potato, cooked, mashed(500 g)
  • Green Onion, finely chopped(5 g)
  • Peas, cooked(80 g)
  • Spinach, finely shredded(60 g)
  • Coriander, ground(30 ml)
  • Salt, fine(5 g)
  • Maggi No Oil Dressing French(30 ml)
  • Cumin, ground(2 g)

    In a large bowl combine the red onion, white onion, sweet potato, green onion, peas, spinach, spices, sweet chili sauce and salt. Mix until just combined taking care not to crush the peas too much

    Portion into equal portions and roll into rough balls.

    Place on a greased baking tray.

    Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

    Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.

    Brush the pakora bites with the no oil dressing.
