A delicious high energy smoothie with all of your favourite ingredients. Banana, yoghurt, peanut butter, cocoa and chia seeds and add some BAR ONE for a flavour explosion to keep you going.

Ingredients
  • 21 grams Nestle BarOne or Spread
  • 4 grams Peanut butter, smooth, reduced fat
  • 5 grams Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
  • 100 milligrams Milk, nonfat, fluid, without added vitamin A and vitamin D (fat free or skim)
  • 1 Unit Bananas, raw
  • 5 grams Seeds, chia seeds, dried
  • 45 grams Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
  • 100ml water

Preparation

    Cut BARONE 21g into small cubes and add into the blender. Leave some for topping
  • 2
    Cut banana into pieces and add into the blender/blender top
  • 3
    Using a tablespoon, scoop in three tablespoons of fat free yoghurt
  • 4
    Add ½ a teaspoon of cocoa to the mixture.

    Add ½ teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 6
    Pour in the 100ml of milk
  • 7
    Pour in the 100ml of water
  • 8
    Blend and enjoy for a 25-hour day!
Adjust sweetness to taste

Taste the smoothie before blending and adjust the amount of peanut butter or cocoa to your desired level of sweetness.
