Home Style Chicken sandwich with Maggi Sweet Chilli Sauce
In this inventive recipe, MAGGI has taken the hearty traditional flavours of Pierogi and used them as a pizza topping. Your customers are going to love this twist on an old classic.

MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce 50ml

MAGGI Lazenby Worcester Sauce 30ml

Chicken breast 2

Tomatoes, sliced 2

Onion, Red 1

Mozzarella slices 4

Lettuce leaves,4

Health bread 8 slices

Salt and Pepper to taste

MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce 30ml

Cheese, cream 60g
Preparation

1In a bowl mix sweet chilli and Lazenby sauces to make a marinade.

2Place chicken breasts in the marinade. Mix sweet chilli sauce with cream cheese and mix using a hand whisk.

3Grill marinated chicken breasts on medium heat until cooked through, set aside and leave to rest for about 2 minutes.

4Warm health bread lightly in a toaster or flat top grill.

5Place all 8 slices on work surface and spread cream cheese mix on all slices. Layer lettuce leaves, tomatoes, onions, and mozzarella cheese.

6Slice chicken breasts, place on the sandwich and top with another slice.

7Secure sandwiches with toothpicks and slice in half. Serve immediately.
