Kit Kat Soft Centre Pudding

Ingredients

Dark chocolate 170g

Butter, salted 170g

Castor Sugar 125 g

Egg whites whipped to stiff peaks 190g

Egg, yolk, 60g

Flour, cake, sifted 170g

100 grams KITKAT Spread
Preparation

1Butter the molds and dust with cocoa powder. Refrigerate.

2Melt the butter and chocolate over a double boiler until completely melted

3Beat the eggs, yolks, and castor sugar together until pale and thick

4Add the Kit Kat spread and mix well.

5Slowly pour in the melted butter and chocolate mixture

6Fold in the flour and place the mixture into a piping bag
-
7Pipe the mixture halfway up the molds, place a dark chocolate discs into the center- and pipe the remaining half of the molds

8Refrigerate until it is time to serve

9Bake at 180°C for 3 minutes
