Crustless BAR-ONE Cheesecake

100 g castor sugar

4 egg yolks

3 eggs

20 g corn flour

500 g cream cheese

120 ml cream

½Tbsp lemon zest

60g BarOne Spread

Preparation

1Butter 10 darioul moulds and dust with castor sugar.

2Whisk all the ingredients together and pour into the darioul moulds to ¾ full.

3Place them in a water bath and bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 170°C.

4Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

5Turn the cheesecake out and serve with a citrus fruit compote.
