Chilli Lime Maggi French Salad Dressing Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

Chicken thighs, skin on(1 kg)

MAGGI Oil-Free French Salad Dressing(½ cup)

Olive oil (¼ cup)

Fresh coriander, finely chopped (4 Tbsp)

Jalapenos, finely chopped (2 units)

Garlic, finely chopped (4 cloves)
-
Honey (1 Tbsp)
-
5 grams Salt, Table

Chili powder (1 tsp)

Preparation

1Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towel and set aside

2Make the marinade by mixing the remainder of the ingredients in a large bowl with a whisk

3Add the chicken to the marinade bowl and be sure to coat the chicken thighs evenly

4Cover and place in the fridge to marinate for approximately 2 hours

5To cook heat up the grill and brush with a little oil
-
6Grill each chicken piece basting with left over marinade until golden brown and charred on both sides and cooked through. Approximately 12 minutes

7Serve warm with favorite side dish
