Spicy Cauliflower wings with Maggi Chili Garlic dipping sauce

    Cauliflower florets

    1200 g

    Eggs, large


    Nestlé Chili Garlic Salad Dressing

    150 ml

    Brown Flour

    120 g

    Garlic powder

    10 ml

    Chili flakes, dried

    5 ml

    Onion powder

    5 ml

    Mustard powder

    2 ml

    Water, cold

    270 ml

    Breadcrumbs, Panko

    200 g

    Oil, vegetable

    30 ml



    Dipping Sauce


    Nestlé Chili Garlic Salad Dressing

    100 ml

    Sour Cream

    50 ml

    Low oil Mayonnaise

    50 ml

    Paprika, smoky

    2,5 ml

    Lemon juice

    7,5 ml

    Salt, dine

    2,5 ml

    Pepper, black, fine

    1 ml


    1.  For the cauliflower wings: Pre-heat the oven to 200°C and line a large baking sheet with baking paper.
    2. In a large mixing bowl combine the eggs, Nestlé Chili Garlic Salad Dressing, flour, garlic powder, chili flakes, onion powder, mustard powder and water and stir until smooth. If the batter is too thick continue to add a table spoon of water at a time until a drop batter consisteny is reached
    3. Place the cauliflower wings inside the batter and stir to cover completely.
    4. One by one dredge the battered cauliflower in the fine breadcrumbs and place the wings on the baking sheet in a single layer.
    5. Sprinkle with vegetable oil and place in the oven.
    6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
    7. For the dressing: Combine the Nestlé Chili Garlic Salad Dressing, sour cream, lemon juice, mayonnaise and seasonings and stir until combined.
