Peppermint Crisp Fudge



    White Chocolate (cut into small products)

    2 kg

    Nestlé Peppermint Crisp Crumbles

    2 Cups

    Olive oil

    1 Tbsp.

    Nestlé Condensed Milk

    1 kg


    1. In a double-boiler, on high heat, add white chocolate, olive oil and gently mix until completely melted, reduce the heat, fold in Nestlé Peppermint Crisp Crumbles.
    2. Add Nestlé Condensed Milk, and continue to gently mix until the mixture resembles a light, creamy, thick texture.
    3. Transfer the chocolate mixture into a baking tray, cover and refrigerate for an hour or till it sets.
    4. Cut into blocks and serve as desired.

    Prep time: +/- 25 minutes
    Bulk yield: 3 kg
    Recipe yield per portion: 60 portions @ 50 g each

    N.B This recipe is also flexible, Peppermint Crisp Fudge can be replaced with crushed Smarties, Kit Kat mix or even coffee if one desires to be innovative and unique.
