Choc Coconut Truffle

    Ingredients

    Nestlé Condensed Milk

    1kg

    Cocoa

    2 Tbsp

    biscuit (crushed)

    1,5kg

    Desiccated coconut

    2 Tbsp

    Desiccated coconut (for coating)

    200g

    Method

    1. In a mixing bowl add crushed biscuits, desiccated coconut, and cocoa powder. Whisk well till all flavours are infused.
    2. In a separate bowl, add Nestle Condensed Milk, and set aside 
    3. Add the Biscuit mixture into Nestle condensed milk, folding the mixture to form a thick crunchy mixture
    4. Form into balls, coat the chocolate balls in desiccated coconut, align the balls in a baking tray
    5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes
    6. Serve cold with ice cream or sauce of choice
